Cannon Elec operates a Performance Monitoring regime, by monitoring jobs completed on time and handed over versus overdue on a computerised graph system, we meet 98% of or targets on a quarterly basis, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service to clients.

We also monitor Client satisfaction by Questionnaires delivered at site and telephone calls following the work when complete. In line with our corporate approach to maximize IT we are in the process of using our PDA’s to obtain instant feedback from the recipients of our service. Accurate and timely data collected on site within minutes of the completion of works is collected and collated, we then use that data to help shape and improve our service delivery.
